1. Service

BarkBrief provides dog trainers with AI-assisted session report generation and client communication tools. By creating an account and using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may not share your account with others.

3. Subscription and Billing

Paid features require a subscription at $29/month. Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

4. Your Data

You own the training notes, reports, and client information you create. We store it to provide the service. We do not sell your data or your clients' data to third parties. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing support.

5. Client and Owner Data

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from dog owners before entering their email addresses and personal information into BarkBrief. You must comply with applicable privacy laws when collecting and sharing this information.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use BarkBrief to send spam, harass clients, or violate any laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service.

7. AI-Generated Content

Reports are generated with the assistance of AI. You are responsible for reviewing reports before sending them to clients. BarkBrief does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.

8. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
